
Chris Chapman, Dip CII
Associate Director
Chris is dedicated to knowing each of his clients and works hard to fully understand their insurance needs. Chris has empathy with the charity and faith sector and is actively involved in a town centre Church ministry and community projects.
Chris’ specialties include: developing client relationships with high service deliverables, liability insurance (including overseas, abuse and data) and loss of reputation, charity insurance, church insurance and not for profit insurance, heritage and listed building insurance and building redevelopment projects including JCT contract insurance conditions.
His hobbies are: owning a beach hut, football and moustache grower in the month of November only.
Chris is married to Jane and has four children – Jack, Harry, Ella and Oliver.

Ashley Bond, Dip CII
Development Director
With over 20 years experiance working in insurance at a senior level Ashley is enthusatic about all enquiries that we recieve and deals with the larger cases where face to face contact is essential. He enjoys learning about how different organisations function and advising on their bespoke insurance needs.
When Ashley isn’t working with clients he’s reviewing and improving internal processes to ensure you recieve best possible efficient standard of service.
Outside of our work family, spending quality time with his family is important to him. Ashley is now manager of a local youth football team and also volunteers to coach at All Stars Cricket to children in his local village club during the summer.

Emma Jeffery, Cert CII
Claims Executive
Emma specialises in claims for charities and commercial clients as well as fleets and enjoys the variety of her work.
She joined WRS Insurance nine years ago after a year in general insurance. As well as servicing claims Emma also completes compliance checks for new business and renewals.
Emma relishes the opportunity to support good causes in her personal, as well as professional, life. A few years ago, she started doing the Race for Life for Cancer Research UK with her friend and her mum who had survived cancer and has now taken part with her own mum for the sixth year.

Sam Cook, Cert CII
Charity Account Handler
Sam began work in personal lines insurance in 2001 as an office junior worked her way up the career ladder to become a personal lines branch manager. In 2009, she made the change from personal insurances to commercial lines.
Sam started work at WRS Insurance in 2011 as an account handler for commercial and charity insurance, and became a new business account executive in 2012.
Sam also underwrites a scheme in which WRS Insurance is recommended by the British Federation of Film Societies as a provider of specialist insurance for film societies.
In her spare time, Sam enjoys going to see live bands, traveling overseas and socialising with friends.

Samuel Mather, Cert CII
Charity Account Handler
Samuel has been working for WRS Insurance Brokers Ltd since leaving school in 2011. He deals with commercial and charity based queries, renewals and mid-term adjustments. Samuel has recently passed his Insurance exams and is now fully Certified. When he is not working, he likes to socialise with friends and watch sport on TV, mainly football.

Francesca Kirkham, Cert CII
Charity and Commercial Account Handler
Francesca is responsible for renewals and adjustments, dealing with a mix of commercial and charity clients. Her expert areas are large motor fleets, commercial combined policies and personal lines
Francesca enjoys working personally with customers. She is currently studying and working towards her Diploma in Insurance.
In her spare time, she likes socialising with friends, walking her two dogs and going on holiday to hot countries!

Geoff Strike, Cert CII
Charity Account Handler
Geoff has been with the WRS team since 2012, bringing eight years experience of personal lines and commercial insurance and has successfully passed the CII Certificate in Insurance exams. He currently looks after the smaller Charity and Commercial renewals and adjustments working alongside Francesca.
In his spare time Geoff enjoys playing online games with friends from across Europe, going to the cinema and for better or (mostly) worse supports his local football team, Ipswich Town.

Danielle Gingell
Commercial Account Handler
Dani has worked in insurance since 2015, dealing with a mixture of different clients but mainly looks after renewals and adjustments for personal lines and commercial insurance.
Dani prefers to work personally with customers and enjoys building relationships.
In her spare time, she likes walking her two dogs, cooking and baking cakes!

Jane Chapman
Accounts
Jane has been at WRS Insurance Brokers for six years settling client accounts. Prior to this, Jane was working with accounts in a local newspaper, estate agents and printing company,giving her wider experience with a variety of clients and accounting issues.
Outside work, Jane is involved in church and charity work with a range of people, from the elderly to parents with young children. She gives up a lot of her time running and helping with various events and fundraisers. Her church work is important moral work for Jane, alongside caring for her four teenage children. She enjoys working for WRS Insurance as it allows her to balance work with her family and church commitments.
