How will the April 2026 Minimum Wage increase affect charities?
Charities across the UK are being invited to take part in a short anonymous survey to share their views on the upcoming National Minimum Wage increase due to take effect from 1st April 2026.
At WRS Insurance Brokers, we work closely with charities of all sizes and understand that changes to employment costs can have a significant impact on day-to-day operations, future planning and service delivery. With many organisations already facing ongoing financial pressures, we are keen to hear directly from the sector about how this latest increase may affect them.
The responses will help us build a clearer picture of the challenges charities may be facing and will be used to support an upcoming charity sector insight article.
We would encourage any charity to take part, and we would also welcome this being shared with other organisations who may wish to contribute.
