Meet the Team

Dealing with a mixture of personal & commercial lines, Gungor has over 20 years of experience within the insurance industry.

Gungor joined WRS in November 2020 & has since really enjoyed helping their clients in the charity sector. His expert areas are advising any motor related clients.

Away from work, he is a passionate football fan & an avid follower of Formula 1.

Francesca has 20 years Insurance experience, 16 years of this has been spent at WRS Insurance Brokers specialising in Charity and Commercial Insurance. Francesca works with both new and existing clients and really enjoys getting to know her clients and ensuring their needs and requirements are met.

Francesca spends most of her spare time running after her two children and enjoys socialising with friends and family.

Sam started working at WRS Insurance in 2011 and is now Head of Existing Business specialising in Charity Insurance. Sam has been working within the insurance industry for over 20 years.

Sam also underwrites a scheme in which WRS Insurance is recommended by Cinema for All as a provider of specialist insurance for film societies.

Sam enjoys meeting her clients and attending business events where she can chat and share her knowledge.

Emma has worked at WRS for over 25 years and is our longest-standing member of the team. Throughout that time, Emma has worked in all parts of the business but has landed on claims as her main area of expertise. The claims department allows her to have different challenges every day, and she takes great satisfaction in assisting clients to achieve settlement on their claims.

In her spare time she enjoys being with her family,  going on dog walks and attending OCR training.

Geoff has 18 years experience in the industry, starting with SME and personal lines, specialising in Charity and Faith insurances since joining WRS over 9 years ago.

More recently, his role has developed to include accounts duties including insurer settlements while retaining a book of key clients including those with a focus on overseas risks.

Samuel has spent almost 14 years working within the charity and not-for-profit sector, having started his career at WRS Insurance Brokers as an apprentice at just 16 years old. During his first ten years with the business, he developed a strong understanding of the sector, building lasting relationships and gaining valuable experience supporting charitable organisations across the UK.

After gaining further experience within the insurance industry, Samuel returned to WRS in 2026 as a Senior New Business Executive, bringing with him a wealth of sector knowledge and a continued passion for supporting charities.

Outside of work, Samuel is a keen football fan and enjoys travelling and exploring new countries whenever he gets the opportunity. He also loves spending time with his dog and making the most of time with friends and family.

Sarah joined the WRS team in 2024, bringing her commercial lines insurance and extensive marketing experience to the New Business Team.

In Sarah’s spare time you will find her in the gym, spending time with her family (and cats), or binging true crime documentaries.

Brandon has been part of the WRS team since 2025. Bringing his customer service background and insurance experience from personal lines home insurance to the New Business Team.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with his friends.

Aisha has worked in insurance since 2008, dealing with a mixture of new business, renewals and adjustments for both personal lines and commercial insurances.

Aisha is a people person who enjoys building long lasting relationships with clients.

Emma has over 11 years experience within the insurance industry dealing with Renewals, Adjustments and New business.

Emma is a people person who enjoys spending most of her time with friends and family. Going on walks and seeing her Niece and Nephews are her favourite things to do.

Olivia Joined the WRS Team in 2024 and has over six years’ experience within the insurance industry dealing with renewals and adjustments.

In Olivia’s spare time you will find her socialising with friends, in the gym or spending quality time with family.

Alfie started his career in insurance as an apprentice, initially working with personal lines motor before transitioning into the commercial team and earning his Cert CII in 2018.

Outside of work, Alfie enjoys staying active. He regularly goes to the gym, plays squash, and has a passion for cooking, particularly trying out new recipes. In his downtime, he enjoys watching a variety of shows, often exploring different genres and series.

James started his career in insurance nearly 20 years ago and has worked in a number of roles, from personal lines broking to ancillaries and working at an insure tech software provider, achieving his Cert CII along the way.

Outside of work, James loves any sort of board games and enjoys getting together with friends for board game night. He still tries to play cricket when he can and also enjoys cooking and taking his dog Raffi on long walks with his partner.

Named in honour of the WRS founder, William joined the team in 2026 as part of our 60th anniversary celebrations.

Although new to the insurance industry, he has quickly become a familiar face around the office.

From welcoming visitors and joining team meetings to lending a paw wherever needed, he’s already embracing life at WRS.

Away from mascot duties, William enjoys making tea, watering the office plants, posing for photos and ensuring team morale remains high. Keep an eye out for his adventures as he helps us celebrate 60 years of WRS.

With a versatile background in various financial industries, including workplace benefits, pensions, and law firms, I since joined the WRS marketing department in 2023.

Beyond the office, I have a passion for travel and enjoy caring for my beloved cats. In my free time, you’ll often find me roller skating, kickboxing, or going out for food.

I have been in the Insurance industry for over 35, 17 of those years in compliance and In May 2021 I joined SEIB and the Benefact group.
